Saint Nicholas Of Nin
Here is a shot of the chapel of Saint Nicholas near the town of Nin. It was built in the 11th or 12th century. According to the placard near the chapel, seven Croatian kings were crowned in Nin. After being crowned, they would ride to the chapel on horseback to proclaim themselves to the people.

Back In New York
So finally after two months, I'm back in New York. I actually started to miss the place.
Here is a shot I took on one of my flights. The little guy must have been tired.
I will try to finish up posting my photographs from Croatia in the next few days.

The Square
Here is a shot of Saint Donatus (on the left) and the bell tower of the Cathedral of Saint Anastasia (on the right).
The church of Saint Donatus was built in the ninth century and was originally called the Church Of The Holy Trinity. It was later renamed to Donatus in the fifteenth century, in honor of the bishop who helped build it.
The Cathedral of Saint Anastasia was originally built in the fourth and fifth centuries, but saw many repairs in the thirteenth century after the siege of Zadar during the fourth crusade.
